I’ve done it before. Waking up at 11:45pm isn’t what I would ever call ideal. I used to fill-in and anchor the morning show for my old TV station–which meant my workday started at midnight. Once, I actually cried. I was so tired.
Fortunately, the only tears I see in my future are happy tears. Hunter is releasing its Target collaboration this Saturday… and the looks online have my full attention.
Hunter has been one of those brands I’ve loved from a distance. Growing up in Huntington Beach, there’s never any rain… so the last thing I ever needed was $150 rainboots. Now, living in Oregon’s high desert, Hunter boots are still not a necessity… but when they’re $40?! Okay, I’m intrigued.
The Hunter lookbook has released and I’m loving it; the prices are affordable and the items are true to Hunter’s brand. I also really appreciate that the brand made a plus-size version of everything they had in other sizes.
What I’ll be watching
These unisex sneakers are so cool. I love the bright blue color, the high top look and the shoelaces; it brings the sneakers all together. For $40, what a steal for some quality, funky sneakers. For those not as bold as this blue, they also made these same sneakers in several other colors.
Consistent with the Hunter brand, you know there’s going to be some rainboots for sale. Hunter says these products will still be well-made, despite the lower price tag. For $40, you can get these tall and sleek Hunter rainboots… total steal of a deal.
If it’s not obvious, pink is one of my favorite colors… and what is more fun than some cute, short and pink Hunter rainboots?! What a fun way to bring some color to a gray day.
Alright, for those of you who are more bold and bright than just plain old pink, what do you think of these?! Personally, I love funky rainboots. My mom and I used to have pink leopard ones from Target–long, long time ago–and it really just made our whole look more fun. These are still just $40 with such a cool, funky pattern of beautiful colors.
I’m a sucker for some gray; it’s one of my favorite neutrals to wear… and I’m also a fan of clothes that are easy to throw on and wear. Everyone should have that stack of clothes that are comfy and you grab without even thinking. This Hunter dress looks like something that would fit in that category. Plus, the sleeves are funky and add to the outfit.
Okay, this Hunter dress is just too cute. I love that the zipper goes all the way down. The navy is beautiful and the way it flows out is beautifully feminine. It’s just $35 and perfect for a lovely summer day.
Rompers are another one of those items that go into the comfy and easy stack. Similar to a dress, a romper is the only thing you need for an outfit. The bright yellow is true to Hunter’s brand, and makes for an easy, cute outfit.
Pouches + bags
Wallets, pouches and clutches, oh my! For just $9, this is too cute to pass up.
Going on a hike? A bike ride? Why not replace that old bag you use for your outdoor activities with something as cute and stylish as this pink Hunter bag?
With festival season upon us, a little Hunter pack like this is something that’s an easy go-to. I love the modern look, the navy and black together and the outdoorsy feel it still gives off.
Umbrellas are one of those things everyone should own–stashed away in their car, just in case of a downpour emergency, and even in their home. To match your backpack and your ankle rainboots, why not get a pink Hunter umbrella too?
